You won’t find a jacket potato or tuna sandwich here, but you will find a small select menu that's designed with honest food and good health in mind! We make everything in house and chop, slice & dice daily to ensure you get the best from our tiny kitchen.

Our small seasonal menu is unpretentious but is loaded full of seasonal fresh ingredients and packed with flavour.
From protein porridge and apple & peanut butter stacks for breakfast to open sourdough sarnies, nourish & soul bowls for lunch, we aim to cover many dietary needs as well as nourishing your soul!
